Tough Mudder Sunshine Coast 2014 is nearly here and Robbie and the team have been putting a bit of training in for the event. Last Sunday saw the lads take to Coolum Beach for a wander and a swim to blow out the cobwebs from last year. The lads did not undertake a great distance but there was the mandatory ocean swims, running /staggering up sand dunes and a few push ups thrown in to help everyone remember why they were down at the beach.
Modern technology is an amazing thing and with the aid of the iPhonethingitybob they were able to keep an accurate track of how far and how slow/fast they were. Having a water proof cover meant Robbie could even take the iPhonethingitybob into the surf. This waterproof feature will be good for the actual Tough Mudder event, Robbie might even try to take a couple of action shots at Tough Mudder.
