The 20th anniversary event will delight the senses with a feast of colour from ornamental gingers and heliconias. The Ginger Flower & Food Festival celebrates Queensland’s sub-tropical climate with local celebrity chefs and gardening experts in three days of fabulous flowers, delicious food and entertainment.
See the paddock to plate process of ginger with a focus on health and well-being, garden talks and cooking demonstrations that show how to plant, grow and cook with edible ginger plants at home.
Live cooking demonstrations and garden talks will explore the processes of planting, growing, harvesting and cooking with gingers. See the 3m high central floral display, an exquisite range of ornamental gingers and heliconias for sale and explore The Ginger Factory gardens.
